Talk the bid in
Walk the property and say what you see. It fills in the customer, the acreage, the trade, the hazards, and prices the whole thing off your rates while you talk. You don’t type anything.
Draw the work area
Trace the treeline on a satellite photo of your customer’s own land and it counts the acres for you. The marked photo goes on the quote and into your crew’s job view, so everybody agrees on where the work stops.
