Privacy Policy
Effective: July 19, 2026
This policy describes what information LandWorkPro collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We have tried to keep this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email carson@landworkpro.com and we will explain.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to LANDWORKPRO, LLC (“LandWorkPro,” “we,” “us”) and to information we collect when you:
- Visit our website at landworkpro.com
- Join our waitlist
- Create an account and use the LandWorkPro software
- Receive a bid, estimate, or payment link from a LandWorkPro operator (as an operator's customer)
This policy covers two types of users: operators (the business owners who subscribe to LandWorkPro) and operator customers (the property owners and businesses who receive bids and make payments through the platform). Where requirements differ, we call that out.
This Privacy Policy works together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the website, waitlist, and software.
2. What we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you give us
- Waitlist signups: your name, email address, and trade selection.
- Account information: business name, business address, phone number, email, your role, EIN or tax ID (for Stripe Connect onboarding), and other operator-profile details.
- Job and bid data: customer names and contact details, property addresses, GPS coordinates, photos you upload, pricing inputs, notes, scope exclusions, compliance documents, and the bids, estimates, and invoices you generate inside the product. You control this data. You are the operator of record for your own customer data.
- Voice recordings: when you use the Voice-to-Bid feature, we process your voice input through third-party AI service providers to convert speech into structured bid data. Voice audio is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers after the bid fields are populated. Transcription text may be retained as part of the bid record.
- Payment information for operators: when you subscribe to LandWorkPro, billing details (cardholder name, card number, expiration, billing zip) are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or full bank account numbers on our own servers.
- Stripe Connect onboarding data: when you set up payments to receive customer payments, Stripe collects identity verification information (legal name, date of birth, last four digits of SSN, business information, and bank account details) directly through their hosted onboarding flow. This data is held by Stripe, not by LandWorkPro. We receive your Stripe account ID and payout status, but not your raw identity documents or full bank account numbers.
- Customer payment data:when your customers pay through LandWorkPro (by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer), Stripe processes the payment directly with your customer. We receive transaction metadata (amount, status, payment method type, customer email, last four digits of card or account) but not full payment credentials. For bank transfers, Stripe's Financial Connections service may verify the customer's bank account; this verification is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Consumer financing data:when your customers choose a financing option through one of our financing partners, the financing application is handled directly by that partner. We receive the financing status (approved, declined, funded) and transaction amount, but not the customer's credit report, full SSN, or financial application details.
- Off-platform payment records: when you manually record a payment received outside of the app (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or other), we store the amount, date, payment method label, and any photo you attach (such as a photo of a check). We do not process these payments; we only record them for your bookkeeping.
- Support and feedback: emails, messages, chat transcripts, and any recordings you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, screen resolution, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and analytics.
- Location data: if you grant location permission, the app collects GPS coordinates to tag job-site photos, calculate mobilization distances, and provide location-aware features. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time. The app will still function, but location-dependent features (such as automatic mobilization pricing and GPS-tagged photos) will be limited.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookies section below.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the website, the waitlist, and the software product.
- Send you build updates, launch announcements, and feature updates you have opted into.
- Process your subscription payments and your customers' payments (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer payments through Stripe Connect).
- Collect platform fees on payments processed through the service.
- Send transactional SMS and email notifications related to bids, jobs, payments, and your account.
- Process voice input through AI to generate structured bid data (Voice-to-Bid).
- Provide AI-powered features such as bid suggestions, cost analysis, and AI Insights based on your historical job data.
- Provide support, respond to inquiries, and improve the product based on your feedback.
- Use, share, and license aggregated and anonymized data, meaning information combined across many operators and stripped of anything that could identify you, your business, or your customers. We use it to operate and improve the service, to build the operator benchmarks and insights inside the product, and to work with outside partners on research and analysis about the land trades. No operator can see another operator's individual bids, rates, or customer information.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We will never sell or share your customer-level data. Your customers' names, contact information, and addresses, and your individual bids and rates, are yours, and no other operator and no outside company will ever see them. We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the ways described below, and, separately, we may use, share, and license aggregated and anonymized data as described in Section 3 and in our Terms of Service.
- Payment processors and financial partners. Stripe processes subscription payments, customer payments (card and bank transfer), and operator payouts through Stripe Connect. Consumer financing partners process financing applications and funded transactions. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
- AI and voice processing. Third-party AI service providers process Voice-to-Bid audio input and power AI-assisted features. Voice audio and bid data sent to these providers are processed under their data processing terms and are not used to train their models.
- Communication providers. A third-party SMS and communications provider provides SMS, voice notifications, and phone verification. A third-party email service provider handles waitlist and email marketing communications.
- Hosting and infrastructure. Third-party hosting and infrastructure providers host and deliver the application. Each operates under data processing agreements with us.
- Analytics and monitoring. We use analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel) to understand how people use our website and product. These tools may collect anonymized usage data, heatmaps, session recordings (with personal information masked), and conversion events. You can opt out of these tools through your browser settings or through the opt-out mechanisms provided by each service.
- Your authorized actions. When you send a bid to a customer, share a payment link, connect a financing option, or invite a crew member, the relevant party receives the information needed to complete that action.
- Legal compliance. If required by valid legal process (for example, a subpoena or court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LandWorkPro, you, or others.
- Business transfers. If LandWorkPro is acquired, merged, or otherwise transferred, your information may move to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy providing equivalent protection.
5. SMS and messaging program
LandWorkPro uses a third-party SMS and communications provider to send transactional messages related to your bids, jobs, payments, and account. When you opt in, you consent to receive these messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any LandWorkPro message. You can also adjust notification settings from within your account. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at carson@landworkpro.com.
We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

To submit a request, email carson@landworkpro.comwith “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.
For operator customers
If you are a customer of a LandWorkPro operator (you received a bid or made a payment through the platform), the operator is the primary controller of your data. To exercise your privacy rights regarding bid, job, or payment data, contact the operator who sent you the bid or invoice. For data that LandWorkPro holds independently (such as payment transaction metadata processed through Stripe), you can contact us at carson@landworkpro.com.
9. Operator customer privacy
When an operator uses LandWorkPro to send bids, collect payments, or manage jobs, the operator collects and controls their customer's data (name, phone, email, property address). LandWorkPro processes this data on behalf of the operator to provide the service.
- We do not contact an operator's customers for our own marketing purposes.
- We do not share one operator's customer list with another operator.
- Payment data for operator customers is processed by Stripe (for card and bank transfer payments) or by the relevant financing partner (for financed transactions). LandWorkPro does not store full payment credentials for operator customers.
10. Children's privacy
LandWorkPro is built for adult business operators. The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
LandWorkPro is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States. By using the service you consent to that transfer.

- Encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit.
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.
- Strict tenant isolation between operator accounts.
- Secure secret and credential storage with least-privilege access controls.
- Verification of inbound payment and messaging webhooks.
- No storage of full credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, or raw identity verification documents on LandWorkPro servers. These are handled by Stripe.
No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email carson@landworkpro.com right away.
